You may think I have gone off the deep end, you may be right, but I have been doing some marketing research lately and I have come to the understanding ‘That it is MUCH easier to KEEP the Guest WE have rather than trying to FIND NEW ones.”
That is a very well known fact in the Marketing Business. It is very expensive to go out and find people who already like what we do or want what we have to offer. There are a lot of restaurants out there who try to get new customers with tricks and gimmicks. The reason they have to do that is because they CAN’T keep their EXISTING customer happy.
If you noticed I called my Guests “Guests” and their Customers “Customers.” I did that for a reason, we know that once we get you through our Front door and we give a GREAT DINNING EXPERIENCE you will look for REASONS to COME BACK. They know they DO NOT give people a great dinning experience, so they are always looking for the NEXT new customer. WE, on the other hand, are just trying to give our Regular Guests a Reason to come back more often.
Well I think I have come up with that REASON, I have created a brand NEW “VIP CLUB.” The “VIP Club” has three levels to choose from according to your specific dinning needs and schedule. There is a Silver, Gold and Platinum levels. The general idea behind the “VIP Club” is a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP Plan. It is easy and FREE to join. You simply sign up for the “VIP Club” by filling out the Sign-up form with all the requested information and get the information one of my manager or me.
There are three (3) levels to the “VIP Club”:
SILVER $255 Level: at this level you will receive a $75 Gift Certificate every month PLUS a BONUS Gift Certificate of 20%, at this Level the BONUS Gift Certificate is $15, that is a TOTAL of $90 in Gift Certificates each month. The 12^th month of Membership you will receive an ADDITIONAL BONUS of a $75 Gift Certificate for being a LOYAL GUEST. So, if you do the math that is $15x12 months plus an additional $75 in the 12^th month for a TOTAL of $255 in FREE GIFT CERTIFICATES per YEAR.
Gold $340 Level: at this level you will receive a $100 Gift Certificate every month PLUS a BONUS Gift Certificate of 20%, at this Level the BONUS Gift Certificate is $20, that is a TOTAL of $120 in Gift Certificates each month. The 12^th month of Membership you will receive an ADDITIONAL BONUS of a $100 Gift Certificate for being a LOYAL GUEST. So, if you do the math that is $20x12 months plus an additional $100 in the 12^th month for a TOTAL of $340 in FREE GIFT CERTIFICATES per YEAR.
Platinum $510 Level: at this level you will receive a $150 Gift Certificate every month PLUS a BONUS Gift Certificate of 20%, at this Level the BONUS Gift Certificate is $30, that is a TOTAL of $120 in Gift Certificates each month. The 12^th month of Membership you will receive an ADDITIONAL BONUS of a $150 Gift Certificate for being a LOYAL GUEST. So, if you do the math that is $30x12 months plus an additional $150 in the 12^th month for a TOTAL of $510 in FREE GIFT CERTIFICATES per YEAR.
Once you have signed-up for the specific VIP LEVEL, your credit card will be charged once a month for the LEVEL of the “VIP CLUB” you have joined. I will then mail you two (2) Gift Certificates, one for the amount of money for the level you joined and the second for the BONUS part of the Level you have joined. The BONUS GIFT CERTIFICATES will NEVER EXPIRE. You can save them up or uses them whenever you like.
